He thinks he can open the door to go outside, because he does his best to turn the knob. It is usually me that opens it, but he thinks it's him, and is really quite pleased with himself.
Salem is very affectionate and loving, and allows me to hug him like a teddy bear when I'm falling asleep. He is soft and cuddly and loves to have his belly rubbed, but if you don't do it the right way, he will softly bite you to let you know!
Poor Salem has a skin condition that has caused some of the fur around his neck to fall out, but we're working on getting it healed, and the fur has finally begun to grow back.
All in all, Salem is the sweetest cat who has ever owned me! |
